opening email attachments in hotmail

when trying to save or open attachments the download box opens and get an
error message saying "cannot download from 65.54.175.250" internet explorer
was unable to open this site.

This is happening only with attachements downloaded from hotmail.

Please help!!!

I emailed Hotmail support about this recently and apparantly its a known
problem with some users, they are working on it - My user has been suffering
this for 3 weeks now so doesn't look like they are making much progress.
