Address Book Failure

I can not access my address book. When I do it shuts
down after it promps me to send the error to MSN.

Help!! My business lives off of my address book.

I have scanned this for viruses and I have none.

Hi,

Start/run eventvwr.msc, check the system log - what does it say the exact
error is?
