Windows Xp can not shut down/log off/restart

Greeting..

I need your help..

i am using windows XP service pack 1, and using Trend Mirco Officescan
Corporate Editition as my antivirus software.

recently, i can not shut down/log off/restart my computer.. but when i
select [stand by], it able to..

i have tried using [ctrl + alt + del] to log off or shut down the
computer,but it still can not make it ..

i am appreciated if you could reply me soon.
