HI,
I'm having major difficulties of logging into Windows
XP. When I log into my User Name It goes to my background
and doesn't load up my icons or taskbar. I have to press
CTRL + ALT + DELETE then go to Process then find a
SVS.HOST.EXE and temporarily remove it for every thing to
load up! Then I click on my performance in that same
window and the CPU Usage is 100% FULL! So, then I have to
go back to process and find SVC.HOSTB.EXE, which is using
up the computer, and temporarily remove that also. This
is what I have to each and every time I log on to my User
Name. Some of the following things I tried to fix is:
Deleting all the UserNames, System Restore, and Searching
for those SVS.HOST.EXE files and deleting some of them.
If anyone can help me out and tell me how to fix this
problem PLEASE tell me! Send a E-mail to
or just reply to this post!
Thank You Very Much!

Hello Jordan,
svchost.exe is a WinXP service that usually, has to do with your dlls. If
you delete any of those files, you will more than likely have to re-install
WinXP. Believe me, it's best to start fresh, and try and not duplicate any
of the mistakes you may have made during the Log On, or User area.
Ps, you should have at least 3 different instances of svchost.exe running
when you check your task manager.
Good Luck,
