components, loose parts or connections, or a faulty
component such as bad RAM or a weak or failing power
supply unit. A RAM memory module or video/ display card
which is not fully pushed into the slot can cause this. So
open your PC case and inspect closely and reseat these
items, and check the cooling fans and air flow path.
