I just replaced a crashed system with a "pawn shop" purchase. I only have a
registered "98SE" OS the XP home that came on this newly purchased system
has a 'CONTENT ADVISOR" password that won't even let me check my hot mail
without the approriate admin pwd. 98SE boot up won't let me format c: to do
a clean install of 98SE. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

holding the end of my rope! Thanks for your help!!
