Why do you want to replace "system32.exe"? That is a virus
file itself! It is not a Microsoft Windows XP file! You need to
permanently delete "system32.exe".
Remove remnants of KWBot.Worm from the Registry and File System
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts_desc/xp_clean_kwbot.htm
Note: You'll have to disable your antivirus program before running the =
repair.

No, nobody does. And you don't want it. It's the virus that your
antivirus program removed from your computer. You don't want it
back.
If you're getting a message that Windows can't find it, that's
just a remnant of the virus that also needs to be deleted. See
www.dougknox.com, Win XP Fixes, Clean KWBot.Worm Registry
entries.
