WinXP Home installed. Everything i sworking fine and no
HW problems. I build the pc and many others like it, with
no problems. I useally use WinXP Pro but this cust.
wanted Home ed.
Probleme: When I shutdown normally it comes to a screen
where it says : You can now shutdown your computer.
This is a pc with ATX powersuply and AMD Barton XP 2800+,
so not an old system. ECS L7VTA motherboard.
Why, does it not shutdown the computer? There was a
similar probleme in W9x and Microsoft made a fix. Is
there a similar fix for XP Home edition?
How to make it shutdown automatically?
Hope to hear from someone asap since I have to deliver
the pc tomorrow.
Thanks
Jan

That really didn't help. I read it all, but the probleme
is not that it hangs. The probleme is that it says: You
can now shutdown your computer, Instead of just shutting
it down.
There was something about APCI though, how do I install
this in XP because it doesn't seem to be there?
With kind regards
