Add/remove Programs Problem

Recently, I needed to remove this program that i needed
no more.. but when i opened up Add/remove programs it'll
show a message that is titled Parser Message and says
Value Creation Failed " at line 472. Any suggestions or
solutions will be awesome.

Before doing a Repair Install of WinXP try Start>Run type: sfc
/scannow Make sure your WinXP CD is in the
Drive. If that don't work try here
