XP Winlogon Error

Hello All,

Please help...I am running XP and just installed MS
Activesync 3.7 - When I did that the system rebooted and
kept rebooting. The error says: "a winlogon.exe error has
occurred and will need to be restarted". the only way
around it is to boot in safe mode restore.
