hard drive transfer

Hullo,
I'd like to copy all of the stuff from an old hard
drive (FAT32) onto a new one I've just installed (NTFS).
Is there a way to do this transfer in one fell
swoop (can I use the 'files and settings tranfer
wizard'?), or do I need to copy stuff over in individual
chunks? I'd like to be able to boot from the new one and
use the old one as secondary.

If you mean "Settings and files" -> then use the File and Settings Transfer
Wizard.
If you mean programs -> Nope. Gotta reinstall.
