Sheduled deletes

Is there an XP consol command I can use to delete files by their modifcation
date?

I want to use the AT command to run a batch file or something which will
delete any files in a folder which have not been opened for six months.

I used to do in DOS years ago, but I can't remember how. (I may have picked
up a utilty to do it)
