disk clean up...no response.

When I try to use my 'disk cleanup' option, it asks which
disk I want to check, when I choose disk (c, or d), it
says it is scanning for information, then stops. It
looks as though it is still scanning, but does nothing.

also...recently it stopped doing live updates. I fixed
that. I don't know if these two are related.

Save on Desktop.
Double click the icon once downloaded.
The icon can then be discarded.
