Strange MsiInstaller events in log--help!

I'm getting a string of application events in the viewer
on every bootup, saying that an installation of Office SR-
1 is failing. Office 2000 is working fine--I just
installed SP-3 without a hitch (minor Outlook issue
aside).

There's nothing on the Microsoft site about any of the
events. Here are the four repeating events I'm seeing:
