outlook express spell check

My spell check will not work with windows XP 2002 pro. I
have word 97 installed. Are they not compatable? Is
there a patch that I can use? Is there a file that I can
search for to reinstall?

Start/search/files for csapi3t1.dll, copy it to these folders:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\PROOF
C:\Program Files\Outlook Express
