win updates keep re-requesting to install

Update 811493 has requested to be installed several times
this week. I keep installing it and after rebooting it
will tell me I need to install it again. Today I
uninstalled it and rebooted and went to the update site
and let it install, rebooted, and automatic updates AND
the windows update site both showed me that it wasn't
installed. Can someone tell me how to install this patch
and make it go away? :) I've tried to search the KB but
can't find anything on this.
