DirectX

I feel really stupid. I removed the "Fraunhofer IIS MPEG
Layer-3 Codec" from my computer per instructions from a
web-site that was supposed to support the "Freelancer" PC
Game, because I was having sound issue's with the game.
Now my DirectX is Gone! How do I get DirectX back on my
computer? Please.

Download and install it again?
