Security Update

I've installed the security update Q811493 but every time
I turn my computer back on or go to the windows update
site the Q811493 update shows up. I've tried installing
it from the taskbar and from the windows update site. It
doesn't report any prblems while installing and shows up
in the updates I've installed at the windows update site
every time I've installed it. Why does it show that I've
installed it but still want to install again?
