Loading CD and game problem

My systems crashed hard a few days ago with kernel page
errors amongst others and numerous blue screens of death
(A problem I thought XP was suppsoed to fix). I seem to
have recovered it ok (no more crashes) but now when I try
and load a CD (such as Freelancer) I get an error window
that says a debugger gas been detected XX unload the
debugger and try again. Now, I can't seem to find a
debugger anywhere that I am aware of and I sure can't
unload what I can't find. Any suggestions?
