I found an error in the system log of the event viewer
that shows this message.
The DgiVecp service failed to start due to the following
error: The system cannot find the file specified. I click
the link below and it shows file netevent.dll version
5.1.2600.0
I have a Dell Inspiron 2650 with Windows XP SP1.
Anyone know how to fix this error?
