I recently put together an Athlon system, i'm running Win
XP Pro (OEM CD came w/ mobo) w/ service pack 1 installed.
I have all my hardware drivers updated also.

I guess whenever I do something CPU intensive, such as
playing games or running benchmarks, Win XP will crash the
game to the desktop or sometimes reboot the entire system
within 2 minutes. If its like an audio file, it crashes
after 4 minutes. When the desktop loads again after a
reboot, an error message pops up, i copied the message:

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini061903-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Billy\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1.tmp.dir001\sy sdata.xml

that has happended over half a dozen times now. I
reinstalled Win XP twice, and i'm still getting this
error.

I would appreciate any comments, notify me if u need more
details.

Here are my hardware specs:
-Athlon XP 2500 (Barton core)
-Epox 8RDA+ (nForce2 chipset)
-twin sticks of 256MB PNY Optima PC2700
-BFG Tech G4 Ti4200 (128 DDR RAM)
-WD 80GB
-DVD-ROM and CD-RW (separate drives)
-56k modem (winmodem)
-onboard sound, LAN
