make a hyperlink?

I want to make a email address hyperlink signature.
People tell me that I need frontpage to do it. Is there
any other graphic programs that can do it. I have
photoshop 7. Will that do it? If not, would someone with
frontpage care to make a hyperlink sig of my email

And ... you need to write your mail in HTML format so that this HTML is
shown as you intend, an email link.

Note: some people (me included) prefer not to send or receive mail in
HTML format because of the adverse security implications. I would
recommend that you neither send mail in HTML format, nor view mail in
HTML format. This is despite the fact that Outlook let you do this.

Having an email hyperlink is a bit reduandant in email anyway as most
mail clients permit you to "reply", or right-mouse click on something
that looks like an email and then recoginise it as such.
