Recently my computer had problems so I reformatted and reinstalled the OS
"Windows XP Pro N SP 2" then my Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000 failed to record
VDO. I followed the instructions of Logitech website support to uninstall
and reinstall the QuickCam however still having problem. Before I
reinstalled the OS it worked perfectly, and sample VDO come with the Webcam
software also no problem. Now there is no sample VDO as usual. From the CD
or C:Program.....Logitech I tried to play this AVI file as I did before but
it does not work. If it open the file with WMP that is ok but it does not
solve the problem.
Please help me to fix this problem.
