need help with viruses

I removed one of the service packs on windows updates
and now the computer gives me this page and can't operate
it in any ways shape or form. What happens is I would turn
the computer on and thsi blue page with stuff written on
it comes up. And that is it. I was told it was a virus but
couldn't tell me what type it is. Can any body helpme?

Which SP did you remove - SP1 or SP1a? The blue screen holds a Stop =
Message. Can you please post details of that Stop Message - it will be =
something akin to 0x00000xxx - where 'xxx' could be numbers or =
characters. Someone then may be able to help you.
