Hi,

could some one please answer my problem, I have 2 dics part one and part
two, have played both movie discs before, no when I put in the second disc my
media plarer version 10 is saying

windows media player could not play the file. the player might not support
the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the
file.

problem is I have played this disc before, just seems odd now this has
happened, I am not very pc literate just an amatuer, if you can help could
you please spell it out in laymans terms how to get codecs ect.

Have you installed any programmes, updates or software at all, if so, it may
be easiest to just use System Restore to go back to a point when it was
working.
