Outlook Express HELP needed

Hi,

I'm using OE exclusively for newsgroups, but I have a problem I can only
send new post I can not send any reply to any messages, everytime I try I
get an error message that tells me "An error occur, the message was not
sent".

I would like to know what I can do to fix this
