I backed up a Quicken file on a CD-R tonight, but now the
door won't open so I can remove the CD. Any suggestions?
Drive is an HP 9300 series CD Writer.

Somewhere on the front of the drive is a tiny round hole. Straighten a
paperclip and insert on end into this hole, and gently apply pressure until
the door releases.

Or you can restart you computer and press the Eject button as soon
as the computer has power.

My keyboard does not have even key pressure. The previous message
should have said:

Alternately, turn off you computer. Take a paper clip, straighten it out and
look at the CDR door, there should be a small hole in it. Insert the clip
gently and the door would slide out.
