Please Help!! Can't log off

Hi Everyone,
Please help me everytime i try to log off I get this
error mesg regsvr32.exe - DLL initialization failed !!!
Please I have no idea what to do and at the moment I
can't even log off. Any help would be grately appreciated

Hi Mark,

System File Checker (Start/Run/SFC /Scannow)

/SCANNOW
Scans all protected system files immediately.
/SCANONCE
Scans all protected system files at the next boot.
/SCANBOOT
Scans all protected system files at every boot.
/REVERT
Windows XP: Return to default settings.

SFC sets the following registry value:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SFCScan
