CD-R Door won't open

hello.......look at your cd/rw door you should se a
little pin hole on it....cerfully push a small enough pin
in it and it will open.....all cd rom/rw have them....let
me know if it did not work ..but it will...make sure the
pc or laptop is turned off as a precaution even though
you will not get a shock...its just good practice.
