continuing getting error reports,everytime i try to open internet explorer

please help me,i get error reports constantly,when i go
to open internet explorer.it says please send error
report,i do,and it does it all over again.sometimes,i
have to completely log out for it to finally work.what
can i do

Right click on the My Computer icon on the desktop
Select Properties / Advanced
Click on the Error Reporting tab
Check Disable error reporting .
