corrupted driver

Win xp pro

I keep getting a blue screen startup message that says
Driver Corrupted_MMPool. I've tried Last known config and
system restore and re installing xp pro. No luck though :(
I've also tried using the search function to find any
reference to the driver also with no result. Is there a
way to find out what the driver is from and if it is
needed at startup? How to update it or remove it?
