Two questions. 1) Did you install microsofts java virtual
machine, or java from sun microsystems? Try deleting the
one you are using and see if that helps. 2) Did you
download any other products from Sun.com other than
java?.If so, check them out. The java from sun.com is the
newer version than the one you can download from
Microsoft....Good luck
