Slow start-up in XP

Running Pentium 2GB, 512 RAM, 80GB HD

Had to reformat my harddrive. Re-installed Win XP Home,
restored complete system from my back up, including
system state. Got ntdll.dll default. Re-installed
windows, downloaded updates again through windows update.
Now computer takes over 2 minutes to completely start
including loading all the same programs I loaded before.
Before the re-install, this took one minute.
Update 811493 is not the problem.
Ran bootvis again, bur start up time remains over 2
minutes.
