Hi,
When you click on Turn Off Computer you get three
options! 1. Stand by 2. Turn Off 3. Restart.
Now at this point if you hold down the SHIFT KEY, you
will notice that the 1st option i.e. "Stand by" will
change to "Hibernate..."
Let me know if this works for you.
