Cannot Play Videos

[Bigd]

I am on CMT.COM and when I go to the video section to watch a video the
commercial will play but when it gets to the video it will not play...all it
says on the player is ready.......Please Help

I have the latest, I just bought a HP Pavilion and the cmt site says hp
compatable with appropriate service paks? Any thoughts? thanks

Even though you just bought the PC, it may not be totally up to date... you
have no idea how long it was in the warehouse!

Check you have all the latest updates at WindowsUpdate.

I just updated everything and restarted my computer. But the cmt videos still
don't play. I'm allowing pop ups and everything. Thank you

I can't play them either, I installed all the new updates and looked around
and my hp has the service pak 2 whatever that means. Cmt says they will work
with the hp if it had service paks. Any thoughts or suggestions. I even tried
to uncheck play videos in the multimedia section. Nothing. I really want to
see these videos.
