Windows XP Very Slow Boot.

Hi,
My system is 2x1.26Ghz P3 1GB Ram, 80GB + some SCSI,
my XP Pro starts boot. very slow, before took 20sec now is
taking more then 2mins. ReInstall is my last option I
want to try fix it.I tried bootvis, checked the events
log,nnothigs wrong, I have not installed 811493, what
could be the problem, any idea
