Accessing a printer attached to a Macintosh

I have a wireless network. I have a printer attached to an iMac that I want
to use. I can access that printer from another Macintosh, but when I browse
for printers under the printer setup utility, I don't see it. Does anyone
know if I can share printers across operating systems like this? And if so,
how I do it?
