upside down desktop

my windows xp desktop is loading upside down... and I
can't find a setting preference to fix it...

I've seen screen rotation as a feature in some graphics card drivers.
Control Panel/Display/Settings tab/Advanced button. ATI, Nvidia (NView) and
others. Check these settings for that option. The video card utilities may
also have a link in the Start/All Programs menu.

This could also be a joke. There are several small programs that can rotate
the screen display.
