Hey,
How can I make it so i have to press ctrl+alt+delete when i start-up my
computer?

In Users, select to NOT use the welcome screen.

Start>Run>type in:"control userpasswords2"(without quotes) and press the
Enter key.
Click Advanced tab and under Secure logon put a check next to "Require
users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete" >Click Apply/Ok.

Check the system date - it shows as 1/6/1980
