C drive - Moving of Programs&Files

Hello,

This is my question exactly. I've looked everywhere for
backup options. I purchased a backup 20GB external drive,
which shows up on the E drive, but I can't find an option
for backing up the whole hard drive on the external
drive. I'm only using 9 GB of memory on my C drive.
