Personal Message not Showing

Hi,

I have install MSN Messenger 7.5.0299 on my PC with Windows XP SP2. I
cannot see other's personal message nor 'What am I Listening' of my
contacts. Anyone knows what's happening?

Hi,

Try this - Open Windows Media Player - Tools/Plug-ins. Select "MSN
Messenger Music pulg-in". Play a song using Windows Media Player and it
should work now.

I can see mine, but I can't see my contact's personal message. And if I
screenshot, you will not able to see it. Because I can't see it.

As I posted on 17 September in m.p.m.m, I have this problem too:

I don't see my contacts' personal messages in my contact list.

They can see mine, and I see mine at the top of my own contact list, but
I don't see theirs.

"What I'm Listening To" works with my personal message (I see mine
change as each song plays, and my contacts see it too), but I don't see
theirs, since I don't see their messages at all.

I was using MSN Messenger 7.0; after discovering this problem, I
upgraded to 7.5, but it hasn't changed anything.

Hi, Kay or whoever is reading this:

I have tried a new thing. I added myself into the contact list, and from
there I could see my personal message. But I can only see mine. So I
tried to sign in on another computer that is working. But after signing
in on that computer, the original user also cannot see his personal
message. Is that a server issue or client issue?

I hope that Microsoft can fixed the problem as soon as possible.

I have installed the newest version of MSN Messenger that is
v7.5.0306, but it seems no sign of my problem is solving. My contact's
personal messages are still not appearing in my contact list.

I am having the same problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I fixed the Windows Media Player plugin so I can now see what I'm listening to, but I can't see any of my contacts' personal messages or what they are listening to.

I have tried everything I can think of....PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!!

Has any figured out a solution yet cuz i have the same problem as well, its funny becuase sometimes it will randomly work for maybe a day or two, then all the personal messages dissapear again for a week or two
