Is it possible to use Windows XP Fax service to send multiple word documents
during a single fax transmission?? So far I've been unable to do so. Each
time I try, it requires more than one fax wizard to accomplish the task. And
is there a way to disable the fax wizard so that I can send a fax without
having to set it up each time??
Thanks

Only by faxing through Outlook can you fax multiple attachments in one
transmission.
Otherwise, you need to create a single document with all the pages you want
to fax then print to the Fax Printer.

Follow this link: http://www.rkssoftware.com/ .
Download the MightyFAX software. You get a 30 day trail use of it. Try it. I
have been using it for a few months now, and it works very well. No spyware
or adware. I paid for it after a few days of use ( 20 bucks is cheap). Don't
forget to get the free Scan-to-Fax software if your scanner doesn't allow
multi-page scanning. Even the wife finds it easy to use and likes it. I had
the same problems with the multi-page sending with Windows Fax, and didn't
want to spend 100 bucks for WinFax. Give it a try and see if it sovles your
problems.

I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.
The trouble with life is there's no background music.

Another choice if you have Adobe Acrobat is to convert the Word
documents to Acrobat files. The original Word document still
remain on the computer. Within Acrobat you can combine multiple
Acrobat files into one and you can then fax that single Acrobat
file.
