transfer file and setting to a wrong machine!

Just transfer all files and setting to a wrong window xp machine. How can I
restore or remove all these files and setting to this machine? To restore to
new and clean machine which only the operating system on it. PLease I need
help...thanks a lot..

Boot the computer with the original Windows XP CD for that machine.
You will get options to delete the existing partition and then to
create a new one to install XP into.
