My brother-in-law received 5 DVD's created by a friend. The last track on
each DVD is a slide show. They all can be played using WMP10 with no
problem. We wanted to extract the slide show pictures and found that they
were jpg's within a folder on the DVD's. We had no problem copying the
pictures from 4 of the DVD's.

When we tried to open or explore the 5th DVD we receive a message to insert
a DVD in drive e. The DVD is in drive e as were all the other DVD's. We
tried to use Windows Explorer from the Auto Play window, tried to explore it
from within My Computer, and also tried to do a search. In all cases we
receive the message to insert a DVD in drive e.

This only happens with 1 DVD. That DVD plays fine in WMP. What is the
solution to this problem?

Get another copy of the DVD and try again? That one is corrupted by the
looks of things. There's some off-chance that you'll be able to recover the
files using an application called Isobuster.
