I was changing the resolution on my friend's computer and accidentally set it
to one that isn't supported...now im stuck at a black screen that says video
mode not supported...and i cant get out of it. i tried restarting it and
running the BIOS setup, but i couldnt find anyway to change it. how do i get
out of this?

Reboot the machine and hold down the F8 button. It will come up in safe
mode and you can change the setting there.
