CMD32.exe

I get an error message during start-up that says can't
find C:windows\system32\cmd32.exe. I think I may have
permanently deleted it. How do I restore it?

The file is a Trojan Horse and your antivirus program deleted it.
Your Registry still has the starting instructions for it. Go to
this link to find how to clean the remnants of that Trojan Horse:

There may be other Trojan Horses which drop a file with the same
name but the removal instructions are similar. Do not try to
reinstall the file. Your experience indicates that you opened an
attachment you should not have.
