when I select shut down or restart it blinks and thats it
nothing else, when I open task manager there is
regedit.exe in processes, I stop process once and it pops
back up, stop it again and it stays gone, then I can
restart and/or shutdown, coincidentally I don't remember
this happening before I installed Norton Systemworks 2003,
but I've used it several times before and never had a
problem!!! HELP!!!
