Desktop theme removal

I was sent come pictures from family and they showed up
as desktop themes in the list of ones to choose from. How
do I get rid of these.

Have you tried deleting? If you go to the Themes rtab in the display control
panel, and select the theme, you should be able to click the delete button.
If that doesn't work, do a search for *.theme files on your pc and see if
you find one that has the same name.
