Hi, Kelly,
How big is your hard drive?
To see if you have enough room on your hard drive,
Go to the following,
click your Start button,
right click My Computer
click Properties,
click Advanced,
under performance, click the settings button,
click Advanced again,
under Virtual memory, take note of the paging file size,
then click Change button,
in the Drive [volume label] window, Highlight the drive,
check space available size to see if you have enough room,
check System Managed Size,
click the Set button,
click OK, Apply, OK.
Another thing to do,
Be sure to clean out your hard drive of all the old TMP files
Go to the Control Panel and double click Internet Options,
delete cookies, delete files [temporary Internet files],
and clear History.
Good Luck,
Jerry
