When you access your email account a send/receive
progress box usually appears (i assume you are using
Outlook express or Outlook). If it is sending your mail,
but not allowing you to recieve any then you should get
an error message. What does that error message say? I can
only assume that the pop3 details have not been inserted
correctly. It is obviouxl that the smtp details are ok
otherwise you wouldn't be able to send anything. Check
the pop3 details. Even inadvertantly replacing a 'full
stop' with a 'comma' (easily done, believe me) can
prevent incoming emails.

Hope this helps
